LA MICHOACANA, CHESTERFIELD VA. 2011
Project Description: New construction Ice cream parlor. We performed design and construction, managing trades, inspections and schedules of subcontractors and building officials to final close out documents and opening.
CASA DEL BARCO / BOAT HOUSE HENRICO VA / CITY POINT VA 2017-2018
Project Description: New Construction.
Exterior finishes. Different materials and structures were used to wrap the building; siding, fiber-cement, wood, metal and composite materials where installed to bring final exterior appearance on both locations.
We teamed out with JD Lewis, to perform exterior materials installation, to bring excellence installation and performance.
CARTER’S RIDGE, HENRICO VA 2014-2018
Project Description: New Construction.
We teamed out with Ellington Homes on the construction of 25 Custom Houses, from foundation to Roofing JJ&B construction was main General Contractor bringing expertise, managing sub-contractors, scheduling, ordering materials and storage.
